At CrossPay, I designed a dynamic website with custom animated illustrations, developed a user-friendly customer portal through in-depth research, and created a CRM system to streamline internal workflows. Additionally, I crafted a cohesive corporate identity, print materials, and client merchandise, collaborating closely with marketing, developers, and product owners throughout the process.

1. Corporate Identity and Print Design

I developed a cohesive corporate identity, including branding guidelines, print materials, and merchandise for clients. My designs aimed to establish a strong, recognizable brand image while supporting the company’s marketing campaigns.

2. Website Design and Animated Illustrations

I designed CrossPay’s website, creating a visually engaging and professional online presence. To enhance interactivity, I developed vector illustrations and animated them using Adobe After Effects. These animations were converted into JSON format with Bodymovin for seamless integration into the site. The final result was a modern, dynamic website that effectively communicated the brand's values and services.

3. User Portal Design

For CrossPay’s customer portal, I led the UX/UI design process from start to finish. This involved conducting user research, market research, and competitor analysis to understand the needs and pain points of the target audience. I worked closely with focus groups to validate concepts and ensure usability. The final design provided a seamless, intuitive experience for managing transactions and accessing account details.

I designed a CRM system tailored to CrossPay’s internal operations.
