At Pufetto, I led the UX/UI redesign of their digital ecosystem, transforming an outdated e-commerce site and introducing a AR-powered mobile app for visualizing furniture in users’ spaces. I developed a cohesive banner system and a SaaS platform to support delivery and in-store teams, enhancing both customer experience and internal operations. Working closely with cross-functional teams, I focused on creating a user-centered, visually engaging design that aligned with Pufetto’s brand identity. This comprehensive project improved customer engagement, increased conversion rates, and strengthened brand presence across digital and physical touchpoints.

The website was initially outdated, with limited customization options and an ineffective user interface. My first step was conducting research to understand user needs and pinpoint areas where users experienced friction. Based on these insights, I created an optimized and intuitive navigation system, making it easier for users to explore products. I also designed a visually rich catalog, showcasing furniture in realistic, attractive settings to help users better imagine products in their own spaces. Product pages were fully redesigned, with improved presentation of features, images, and material options, leading to a more informative and engaging shopping experience. The updated site significantly improved usability, leading to increased conversion rates and reduced bounce rates on product pages.
In addition to the website, I developed a mobile app design with an AR feature, enabling users to visualize furniture directly in their homes. The user journey was carefully mapped out—from selecting furniture to activating the AR view—to ensure a seamless experience.

I developed a SaaS system for Pufetto to streamline operations for both the delivery team and in-store consultants. The delivery module enabled order tracking, route optimization, and customer updates, improving efficiency and customer satisfaction. For in-store consultants, a module provided quick access to product availability and specifications, enhancing customer support.
Beyond the SaaS system, I supported Pufetto’s brand across various platforms. I created cohesive print materials, including brochures and signage for offline stores, and crafted professional investor presentations showcasing the company’s achievements and vision. Additionally, I developed a unified banner system for consistent branding across promotions, enabling the marketing team to efficiently launch campaigns.

Working with Pufetto allowed me to drive measurable improvements in both customer engagement and internal efficiency through comprehensive UX/UI solutions. The redesigned website increased conversion rates and strengthened user interaction with the brand, while the banner guidelines streamlined marketing workflows, reducing the time needed to create campaign materials.
The AR-enabled mobile app received positive feedback from users, offering an innovative, interactive experience that boosted engagement. Meanwhile, the SaaS system enhanced team productivity for both delivery personnel and in-store consultants by optimizing order tracking and providing quick access to product details.
Additionally, print materials and investor presentations reinforced Pufetto’s brand presence, creating a cohesive visual identity across physical and digital touchpoints. This project expanded my experience across multiple digital products, allowing me to significantly enhance customer experiences and optimize internal processes for the brand.
